User Training

It will mainly take care of data entry, report printing and other routine tasks related to the operation and maintenance of ERP. It will mainly stress on the benefits of ERP and give a comprehensive overview of PERPS, in terms of functionality and features.

System Administration and Developer's Training

The training will stress on the maintenance, security feature and access control features. The training will prepare System Administrator to become competent advisors to all users. They will be trained on all aspects pertaining to PERPS, from the installation of the system to being an expert in trouble shooting/problem solving, definition and authorization profiles etc.

Management Training

This would be imparted to Top Management and would demonstrate the usability and functionality of such application.
