ONLINE SALES MANAGEMENT SERVICES

PIIPL`s Website Sales Management Services helps its client in managing customer order generated through their own websites and also managing sales on eBay, Amazon, etc. This service includes a comprehensive suite of services that help our clients to effectively manage their website sales from customer order booking to confirming customer payment receipt including the availability of stock in stores, product delivery management and a comprehensive after sales customer support.

  • Browsing the relevant website for customer order confirmation information.
  • Booking the customer order in the system.
  • Checking the availability of stocks in the system for customer order.
  • Check the payment confirmation of the customer for the sales order then process the sales order.
  • If stock is available generate label.
  • If the stock is available prepare delivery challan in the system and send email confirmation to the confirmed personnel at the courier company for collecting the material to be dispatched.
  • If the stock is available prepare delivery Challan in the system and confirm the courier company to collect the material to be dispatched.
  • Enter the courier company tracking number on the website.
  • Follow up with the courier company for the proof of delivery.
  • Fill up the feedback form about the customer on the website.
  • Email a thank you note to your customer, for purchasing the material from you and urge them to subscribe for your newsletters.
  • Capture the expenses incurred for selling the material through websites and book it against the sales invoice so that you can analyze the actual profitability.
  • Capture the courier expenses incurred for selling the material from Courier's website and book it against the sales invoice so that you can analyze the actual profitability.
  • Capture the payment information of each sales transaction from pay pal or any payment gateway account and update it in the system.
  • Log in to pay pal or any payment gateway section and transfer the credit available to your bank account.
  • In the event of sales return the data to be captured from the website and data to be entered in the system and generate a credit note in favour of pay pal or payment gateway in the system.
  • If the customer ordered material is not available in stock then confirm a purchase order from any of the group companies or purchase orders to your vendors an email to be sent to you for approval of purchase order generation to your vendors.
  • If the available item stocks are below minimum balance levels in the stock then issue purchase orders to your vendors.
  • Vendor payments to be captured in the system.
  • Customer receipts are available in the system.
  • All other expenses to be captured in the system.
  • Emailing all MIS reports on daily / periodical basis to management.
