What is your pricing policy?

Service chargescompletely depend on the scale and complexity of each project. The pricing methodology can be either on the fixed price waterfall delivery model or the hourly price time and material model.
Under fixed price model once the time estimates of the project are calculated the service charges are communicated accordingly. Under the time and material model, the resources are allocated exclusively for your projects for fixed periods of time and charges are levied accordingly.

What is the team size for my project?

The number of PIIPL associates working on a particular project depends on the scale of each project. A simple IT project may be delivered by small team of a project manager, few programmers and testers and a DBA shared between multiple simple projects, while a complex IT solution may need at least a project manager, a technical manager, a senior programmers, testers and dedicated DB architect. Advanced web and software applications require multiple project managers and large teams under each manager based on the scale and timeline of the project

What are the time lines for my project?

The time frame for each project depends on the scale of each project. Projects time lines varies between couple of months to a couple of years, based on the scale and complexity of the project. Constant feedback and customer approvals is key to achieving delivery timelines throughout the project

How do I communicate with you? How do you communicate with your customers?

Modes of communication with clientsare through phone meetings, online voice messenger meetings and emails. Based on the client time zones we make available our marketing managers and project managers for client meetings. Project managers will be available as per the meeting timings that are convenient for you. We will be available for phone or online messenger (e.g. Skype/ Yahoo/ MSN) voice chat meetings at any weekday timings that are suitable for you.

We could arrange for onsite physical meetings by our project managers or local partners.

How do I monitor my project?

Project monitoring by customersis a concept encouraged at PIIPL it gets developed. As an application, it is hosted on the PIIPLservers at predefined intervals for client feedback. This process in addition to the availability of project manager for meetings helps clients keep track of the projects. Prior to the start of the project, the project manager communicates with clients a fortnightly delivery schedule for the project

The quality standards thePIIPLassociates adhere to critical project management, design and software standards have routinely been upgraded as the company has evolved. The project management domain includes clear, trackable timelines and schedules provided to clients and team members, and constant follow ups ensuring that all details are communicated to all parties on time to lead to successful completion.
The development team strictly follows detailed quality checklists for high level planning for coding framework, coding structure, minimal server load, OOPS architecture; and for specifics such as validations, encryptions, error handling, naming conventions and restrictions.

How do you support my application after development?

PIIPLprovides free support on any bugs for all IT solutions for a specified time period after project launch. Prior to client deliveries the solutions are tested and demonstrated to clients on a test server.
