• Book Sales Orders in the system which has been collected by the marketing team
  
• Check the stock availability and confirm deliveries to the customers
  
• If not in stock book purchase orders or generate production work orders to manufacture the same after checking the credit limits and overdue payments from customers based on the specified business rules
  
• Generate dispatch instructions to stores to deliver goods to the customers
  
• Generate delivery notes based on the store keeper's confirmation
  
• Generate sales invoices against the delivery notes
  
• Generating month end statements to the customers
  
• Follow up for payments at stipulated time frames
  
• Co ordinate with the stores and book sales returns
  
• Generating credit notes to the customers
  
• Handling incoming calls of your customers
  
• Booking payments received from customers
